The results from the highly anticipated Indiana and Ohio elections last evening...were that trump is still in control of those states...alarming?...you betcha...but, kids...these are deep deep red states...those republicans who had the nerve to go against him...got the heave ho...the gerrymandering issue...now listen...that is the republicans doing their side of the voting...how does this affect the democrats?...that the trump bullying still works on the conservatives...the demos must stand up and defy the BS in the general election...still...

Promise on the horizon?...rumors BOOMING out of the Middle East...that there is a compromise adrift for Iran and the trump WAR...this is this morning...such an odd thing...OIL is critical for the World...to survive..and whatever else is shipped via the tankers....geez, how many Straits are there out there?...

Drones are not only used to attack...but for surveillance...and what they are showing is that the US bases in the Middle East got HIT a lot more than the trump regime told us...them lying?...how could that be?...talk about FAKE NEWS, he has it down pat...

I hit the trifecta yesterday!....the Friars won, the Bums lost, and the LeBrons lost...a note on the SD game...we activated the rookie Sung-Mun Song and put feeble hitting Cronenworth on the IL, he has a concussion?...what?...anyhoo, Song played lights out...had 2 hits and that's two more than Crone had in the past month...ah, a bit of sarcasm...

Lakers...got hammered by 18 and OKC hit the spread...that is, if you are into that sort of thing...I wonder always...how the Vegaz boys know these things...

Hey, speaking of Vegas...Las Vegas...there is this little hideaway steak house...that is so rad, you can't believe it...in Fremont...if you know where that is...called 'Hugo's Cellar'...it is a MUST do while you are in town...a real sommelier, who brags he served the likes of Frank Sinatra...really...it's been a bit, and not sure if he is still alive...check it out, dudes...and dudettes...they will give you a red rose when YOU arrive...

Saw this on Facebook...so you KNOW it is the truth....that Brit, ah, Britney Spears...married Jason Alexander...with a pix of him beside her...George Costanza?...no way...ah ha, it was another bloke...name the same...and it lasted...54 hours...in Vegas, too...whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas...this one sure did...

Had a Cinco de Mayo party here at the home last eve...fun stuff...the patrons were all there...free booze and a rush to the steam table, what could be better?...BTW, the food was tasty and it was ALL GONE...however, it did start a tad bit late for us...6 pm...to adjust to those who still work...WORK?...(Maynard G Krebs)...

Even though there was this backlash of trump's endorsees...the number of ballots in Indiana...casted...voted...GOP ballots cast= 19,947...Demo ballots cast= 80, 148...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened...
