I am always surprised...what trump will come up with...as he is the 'master' of using the court system...he has been using it, ever since he started 'building'...back when he got his 'money' from his daddy...suing everyone that came in his path....using lawyers like no other...and guess what?...he is still doing it...

And now...he has come up with another way of...using his so called 'power'...in his new attack on the American people...deploying the National Guard, to the 'Blue States'...their big cities...as he uses his Icetapo to round up 'illegals'...you know the drill...you know the story...however, he is running into a problem in 'his courts'...his own judges are blocking him...from sending in the Guard, willy nilly...

Alas, his very trusted brain trust, Lil Stephen Miller, has advised him to use this 'hidden law'...PLENARY AUTHORITY...complete and absolute power that he says, that trump has...so he can subside any blockade the court system may apply to the grand poopah...thus, he can send his Guard in, wherever he chooses...that is, if it is legal...which, of course, he always is testing...and or using, the courts...

Barbie Noem actually went to the embattled city of Portland...from the rooftop of the Icetapo building, she saw the insurrection that was there...probably about 10 protesters...can't believe she would be on top of that 'burning city'...then, on the direction of trump, has asked for 4 times the Guard that is currently there...Voodoo Donuts is excited for the uptick in biz...

Figure she will depart soon, as in Chicago...his Guard has gone there in high quantities...

Imagine, kids...this is what we are dealing with in the country....so close to another 'Civil War'...

My original thought for today, was going to be about the other 'pure devastation'...as we traveled back home, via Hwy 1...passed through the burnt out homes and businesses in LA...Palisades...it is worse than you can imagine...so odd to see, some homes, in the path, untouched....but, for them, a luck of survival...the other sites, what is real, trump...BURNT TO THE GROUND...news out of LA this am...they may have arrested some one, or some ones, that may have started it...

Yes, indeed, it looked like a war zone...

What we saw, was on the beach, by the highway...imagine the destruction inland...how does one start over after that?...how much will insurance pay out?....the past...the treasures...the family history...the pix...the EVERYTHING, gone...

BTW, the Hwy 1 just opened...at 25 mph ...and yes, it was heavily policed out...you are going to go 25, unless...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
