On the road again...

Good morning, kids...on the road again...the first day was cool...like rad...boss...hip to be square...have a spot right on the beach...with get this, a great TV reception via our antenna...which is a rarity...yes, got to see the 1st half of the Eagle/Cowboy game...the sun was out...with a breeze and we basked in it for a good 2 to 3 hours...don't hate us...

Today we finish the 'going' part of it...to Montecito...well, Carp...not sure the site there...but, we traverse the always uncomfortable 405 freeway...for those of you who know LA, it is a pain...the plan is to meet up with the kids...which is the reason for the trip, duh...

3 spots down from us...the awful trump flag, proudly waving by the maga bloke...in the breeze...just to keep us insane...ha ha...

Have been watching some of the RFK, Jr grilling by the Congress...man, this guy is bonkers...he makes bizarre statements, that makes one wonder...why?...how the heck can this dude be in charge of anything...but, the health and welfare of the US?...c'mon, trump, even you should be able to see that this man is wacko...yup, a wack job...

Oh my...the jobs report came out...and it is down...worst since 2020...hmmm, wasn't that trump 1 term?...anyhoo, how do you think he will react?...just a wild guess...he will fire the person who released the numbers...yup, FIRE the messenger...as he always does...make up some number, just find me 11,800 votes...you know the drill...

The once San Diego Chargers, now the LA team...play the always tuff KC Chiefs...in where?...Brazil!...what?...why?...today....don't get the concept of this...play where the home team is...fuggit about this distance crap...

WAKE UP FRIARS!....we have just a few weeks to get our boat afloat....we are in Colorado...HUGE set of games...

Have never seen so many garbage bins, all in a row...so close...odd, right?



One last thing...on the road...we stopped at a Shake Shack....and the burger was awesome....nope, didn't have a shake, but they looked scrumptious....

Oops, one more....we do meet some great people on these trips...and most, want what we have...the Class B...they are tired of the big things they drive in...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ...
