Back in '64


The one thing that we have run into...the bizarre way that the TV pops up on the road...or how it does, or does not...thru the antenna that we have on the top of Cosmo...some RV sites have cable, most do not...some have Wi-Fi, most do not...but, if they do...we can connect our Fire TV stick...and watch lots of thangs...the paid service stuff...Netflix, Prime, you know them...and my fav for music, YouTube...

So we ran into this vid of the Beatles...yes them...live performance in their first fling in the States...talk about so elementary, the stage, the setup, and the maneuverability of the set...such a long distance away from the extravagance the now performers get to sing from...er, do their act...this was in DC in 1964...

The sound was quite decent, considering the obstacles...the crowd had to remain in their seats...seated, if they could...the Beatles...it is rare and a must see...their power, their charm, their musicality, their songs, and their deliverance...was MUSIC and CONCERT changing...FOREVER!...gave me chills watching it...

How the driving drum beat of Ringo, set the tone...the immaculate guitar licks by George...done nonchalantly...the singing and stage presence of Paul and John...amazing, really...yes, kids...find it and enjoy...

'It's a dead issue'...so proclaims trump as to the latest find...from the Epstein Scandal...a birthday memo, er, card...to Epstein from trump...he calls it a hoax, or something like that...a fake...with his signature...fake...so he says...allegedly...it's just another long line of things, that connect the bloke to Jeffrey...listen, orange, it is not dead...

His attack on the people of the US...he has sent his Icetapo to Chicago and Boston...to get the quota...of the 'bad people'...round them up...well, it has gone past that statement of the orange...now, it is the 'illegals'...which must equal bad people in his mini-mind...man, I have seen the face masked Icetapo, push and shove PEOPLE that get in their way....masked, you know, to protect the innocent...

Free run on the Middle East...Netanyahu...and his Israel forces...now attack Qatar...ah, wait a minute buster...hit the enemy stronghold in yet, another country...I dunno, kids...this is testing my support of them...and him...something tells me that trump admires what Netanyahu does...and what Putin does...

With the rulings coming from SCOTUS, they too, are testing all of us...I thought that the States were a Democracy...this is being tested...

OK, kids...baseball, the Friars won in OT, to start the set with the Redlegs...and remain...ONE GAME BACK of the Bums in the west...might this go to the last day for the league leader?...20 some games left...we have Friday's game...post date...there are 18 games left!

Recall Mr Peepers (2nd in line if the president dies or is removed), Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson...changed his recollection of the statement...that trump was a paid FBI informant, in his connection to the Epstein Scandal...he got confused...had to be...as trump has repeatedly said that the relation of himself to Epstein is all a 'democratic hoax'...right...just another attempt by trump to show a divergence to 'kill the story'....well, it won't...

Today is clean up day from the Cosmo trip...washing and well, putting stuff away...and then....get ready for the REUNION TRIP...next week...the flight to Oregon to reunite with a lot of friends...from Bend to Salem to Lincoln City....whew...that's a lot of thangs in a relatively short period...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
