Takin' Care of Bizzness


The day of the Horse...watching the football games...it was sweet...the ones that were expected to be blow outs...were...the games that may be an eye opener for them pundits, were...however, the key thing to moi?...the enthusiasm of the fans...probably as much for the older kids, as the students...who, many are, not in school yet...ha ha, as many of the players are not, either...that is, if they go at all...

Must start with my team, the Ducks...who were simply ON FIRE!...whether they were playing an inferior talented team, or they were just hitting on all cylinders...it was fun to watch...and it appears that UO is very deep in talent...some outstanding frosh...I am putting to rest my fears of the QB, Dante Moore...he was spot on...

The blow outs...well, the other ones...USC looked tuff tuff tuff...as did Georgia, and Penn St, and Oklahoma...and a team that will shock some in the SEC, Florida...

Now, the closies...Ohio St over the pre-season fav and #1 Texas...as I told you, I am not sold on the Manning kid...both, good teams, tho...Florida St over the now, extremely troubled Alabama...surprise and that coach is feeling the heat...already after just one game...Cal over the (gulp) undermanned Beavers...LSU over the much hyped Clemson Tigers...in Carolina...shockers?...no, just reality has set in...

The Friars woke up and whupped the Twins...and get this...are again, just one back of the Bums...with some 25 games to go...it will be harry all the way to the end...

The innuendos of the downfall of trump...not sure where it is going...as the passion of those who were counting him out...especially on 'Threads'...has lessened...I have yet to see the bloke anywhere...that isn't a photo or vid from months ago...something is in the air, just not sure what it is...a stroke?...something...here is a hint, find where JD Vance is...

The Boss and I are heading out to the races...today...as it is the only time that it fits for us...as we are going up to see the kids next week, the closing week for the races at DelMar...I have a couple of winning tix I must cash...our seats are such, as that I have to dress appropriately...Boss, always does...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
