My Way


' I did it my way'...the slang version of the tune, 'My Way'...yup, made famous by none other than Frank Sinatra...the song was written by Jacques Revaux, Giles Thibaut, and  Claude Francois...in '67...Sinatra sold it in '69...in a time of non-crooner hits...the best number it got, was #2 on the pop charts...other cats have covered it, like Paul Anka, Il Divo, Jay Z (really), Elvis...to name a few...but, Frank's was the best...

Some of you younger lads and lassies might know of My Way, as a supplement to your diet...well, egads, here we go maga and SCOTUS, and POTUS...it is a morning after pill...you know, after...

Yet, what I am referring to...is the method of the Horse...getting the news out to you all...via this crazy style of writing...broken English...with the irritating 3 dot thang, well, to some...that way, I don't have to worry about the sentence structure...that was so drilled into me brain in high school...a subject and predicate...whatever...it's the same feeling that many of you have about learning Algebra...which lends the query, did Alge really wear a bra?...

My way...of course...is trying to sift through all the crap thrown at us by trump....which he is doing as much as he can...to take all of our minds off of the Epstein Connection of his...declaring the dangerous situation in DC....meeting with Putin...in Palin's Alaska...without Zelensky...surely this is a joke, right?...USA and Russia talk about the fate of Ukraine, without their Prez there...yea, that will work...I marvel at all the cops, Icetapo, and National Guard congregating in DC...stepping on one another's toes...my bet is that they are overloading the bars at night...well, it is good for the DC economy...show them numbers, boy orange...if you can just find the right chart...don't forget your black sharpie pen...

Let's get to the real thang...the Friars have not only caught...but surpassed the Bums in the west!...oooeeee...as the Pads swept the Gigantes, and the Angels swept the Dodgers...a day off...then a crucial 4 game set...with SD at LA...Chavez...'What's My Line?'...will the real leader in the west, please stand up...BTW, I just read all of my sources...and NO ONE mentions the Padres, they just lead with how poorly the Dodgers are playing...perhaps, this week will change that...

Our grandson #2...just turned 3...I keep looking at that number....and can't believe he is only 3...he seems much older...Caspian...he is a true character...what did he want for his birthday?...donuts...a boy after my own heart...geez, now, I can't eat 'em...you know, the sugar thing...lucky kid...and one more...the elder grandson, Cyrus, starts the 1st grade next week!....man, time flies...

Nature...a visual I have from the other nite...in Frisco at the end of the game vs them Gigantes...the camera showed all the sea gulls in the bay...awaiting for the fans to exit after the match was over...they were just sitting on the water...patiently...and when the crowd goes, they sweep in and get the goodies left over...and you who know baseball fans...they leave everything in their seats...so, as the game got to the 9th...they started cruising the sky overhead...it was pure Mother Nature...

Have I told you that Taylor Swift is dropping a new album?...sarcasm...as this item is covered more than anything in the past 2 days...who isn't taking about it?...well, all but FOX...you recall Swift and trump, are a mismatch to the nth degree...October 3rd...geez, I just skim over the piece...I wish she would get back to country music...I liked her very 1st vinyl...

Breaking...wholesale prices just jumped the MOST in 3 years!...won't be long, before we all see it at the grocery...if not already...imagine the dilemma at the restaurants...the worst is yet to come...the Grand Poopah, will try to find who released this, and fire his arse...

A small sample size...we get Filet Mignon at Costco...used to be about $45 for 4 'choice' ones, not 'prime'...now they are $65!....so, the Boss, cuts them in half...which cuts down the cook time...well, I guess we are eating less beef...thx, boy orange...thing is, judging by his expanded girth, he is eating more...

My first prediction for '28...the early vote is on...and the Prez to be...is a SoCal guy...Gavin Newsom....just a hunch...but, the cat can talk...has the looks...and can stare down donny...and his puppet, JD...OK, maga,, get your skeleton people ready...start a diggin'....

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
