The Horse is going to start today, talking about...HORSES!...as Boss and I went to the fantastic race track in Del Mar...20 minutes north of our home...a first rate event, that borders the Pacific...where the races have up to 11 or so, of these awesome animals in each match...hmmm, match?...a match is between 2, dummy...let's go with contest....better?...yup...

The track was slammed!...even tho it was the 2nd day, the enthusiasm was still there...like Opening Day...you can imagine the lines of people...BTW, all ages...probably more of the younger set, than the elders...which is EXACTLY opposite of what one might think...the observation is that it has caught on, with the kids...well, everyone is a kid to moi, now...alive and thriving in South SoCal...dresses, hats, suit coats, and then...the elders, with the straw hats and wise old eyes...it was fun...

One last thing...the mode of transportation to and from the track?...just has to be the Uber/Lyft thang...massive amounts of them, awaiting in a special part of the parking lot...'and leave the driving to us'...well, we did...and it was a great escape for me...I rarely get to see the sights of the ocean, when I am behind the wheel...

Oh yea, the money?...was hanging in there for most, but all the remains of the 100 quid, I bet on the horse named Boss...of course, I did...and she came in 4th...which pays absolutely nuttin'...led the whole way, until the last furlong...boo...yet, it was great fun...

Da weekend...what is going on in DC?...doubt if trump is there...well, the Friars are...and dang it all...if the game was in reach, the Mgr did the wrong thing again...brought in Matsui, and the game got out of reach...what on earth does that guy have on management?...he is TURRIBLE and not a MLB player...so frustrating...

Over in Ireland, like across The Pond...Scottie is up by 4 heading into the final round...early scores for the finality, has him up by SEVEN strokes after 4 holes...on NBC, if you are interested...man, this could be Tiger like drubbing of the field...if he continues this path...

Oh my...trump is now in the desperation mode...has his pawns trying to go after Prez O...anything, yes anything, to take the heat off of himself...he shall try countless things...'release' the Epstein Files, minus his name...anything...blame Prez B for anything that is failing...all the while, have his Icetapo go after all brown skinned people...whether illegal or not...he is...a piece...

Let's look at his...'Late Night With Colbert' is the highest ranking late nite show...Paramount, the owners of CBS, had him fired...ah, this is just after Stephen ripped trump...who doesn't?...and because trump has a hold on Paramount, the CEO mysteriously had Colbert fired...the reasoning said it was financial...right...and the diversions keep right on a coming...suppress the news...

OK, all of you out there...Boss wants to go to Vegas for her birthday...we used to stay at the Mirage for gratis...which ya'll know, is now no longer...where do you stopover when you hit LV?...she wants to go to the Sphere....have looked into it a bit...Paris, and NY NY, look to be affordable....but...what do you say?...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting...
