'I Met Him at the Candy Store'

This was the crazy line that began the infamous (?) Shangri Las hit of the 60's...'The Leader of the Pack'...so, we are to assume, that the leader of the Pack was in a candy store?...the big. bold, raunchy biker dude?...in a candy store?...ah, c'mon, that just didn't cut it...at the Liquor Store, should have been the words...right?...

Which brings me to the ugly ICE...the ICEtapo...the trump military brigade...and a thought flew through the Horse's brain....why are these 'soldiers' wearing masks?...to protect whom?...then, it dawned on me...how many of these blokes are from the ranks of trump's people, 'THE PROUD BOYS?'...makes sense, now that I think about it...not taking back the original ICE people...who were legit...now, the newbies are more of a vigilante group...right?...as what have you heard from the PB since trump re-took the White House?...what you think?...

Ah, the bloody Epstein Files...with all the jargon going about DC...it appears that there really are Files...what?...just a few days ago, 'they' said they didn't exist...well now, who do we believe?...ha ha, not boy orange...and there are those in the maga world, who are upset about this...and are pressing the Grand Poopah to release them...this is hilarious...as you know if they do get to the web net, there will be so many redactions on them...it will monumental...every 5 letter name will be blacked out...ha ha...of course, trump, must have had a code name...stinky?...just a guess...

Boss and I hit the beach yesterday...Mission Beach...it was slammed, like in the am...overcast, and yet, so many people all over the sand...cool...until I read this morning in the Trib, that the ICEtapo was on a raid there later on...it's hard to not get extremely mad at this operation...

The MLB All Star game....concluded after 9, tied....of course, our very own closer, the Friars one, did his latest and couldn't close...thus, the tie...and then...the league came up with a new way to settle the tie...rather than go extra innings...a home run hit off...too bad, that the really big boppers, were already dressed and many, gone...the HR leaders were not there anymore...but, the NL still had the Phillies dude, Schwarber...who won it for them....only the 2nd time in 12 years...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ...
