Deep State


Lost in translation...have you ever wondered what the heck the politician is talking about?...when he or she, is ambiguously rambling along...trying to make a point and lashes out with a 'Deep State'...most of the time, when I hear this...I do what most do, just skip over it and try to decipher the rest of the statement...or, perhaps, speech...and usually, it has to do with something that he or she is upset about...ah ha...

This 'Deep' adjective takes on it's own meaning...so, I am trying to wiggle my way through it's connotation...it's abject way of affecting the following noun...egads, English, Horse...

When I hear 'Deep South', I think back to the bigoted days of the states in the southeast...right?...I probably have told this tale before...but, it is the truth, as I recall...traveling from Green Cove Springs to Gainesville....Florida, kids...as I was just that...late 60's...the years, not my age...confusing, Horse...1969...OK, better...

Traveling over a back roadish...well, not a super highway...and passed right through a small town...where I could see an old filling station...gas place, you youngins...and right there, before me eyes...was a sign for the commode...whites only...and, another, colored...stuff I only read about...anyhoo, off to my destination...the University of Florida...stark reality...the only black person I saw...there was ONE...and he was surrounded by adoring students...wow...as I was at the hub of the student area...assumed it was the student center...and just...people watched...

A gal student came up to me...and addressed me 'you're not from here, are you'...not a question, but a statement...how true...must be due to my color of my skin...much darker than all...duh...but, she was terrific, and asked to show me around the campus...unsolicited...I might add...and it was marvelous...not at all, what I was after...it is amazing what I can recall...

On my way back to GCS...I passed right through that same old town...not sure how I missed this along the way...but, the town was old...and kind of creepy...but, at the end of it...probably, a mile out of town...was the most eloquent, little league baseball field I had ever seen...amazing...so much for the 'Deep South'...

So far away...from the original thought, Horse...let's get back to 'Deep State'...it is referring to...now, let's get this perfectly clear...someone, or somebodies, that are running a country...BEHIND THE SCENES...well, now...not at this time in the country's history...the present state...ha ha...is far from DEEP...the furthest it ever has...when one says, 'deep in thought'...it does NOT APPLY to this 'leader'...

I guess this is what you all get...when the Horse awakens at 1:00 am...and all that is circling in his brain...is nonsensical thoughts...which interrupts his 'DEEP SLEEP!'...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
