Out of the Blue


Out of the blue...sky...it started as a wonderful day in the Marina...we took a dip in our pool...well, not really ours...it's the condo's...but dang it all, we pay for it...so, in essence, it is ours...then a spell in the hot tub...yes, it's ours, too...same theory as the pool...followed by a lay out...in the warmth of the sun...sound rad?...it was...

About an hour or so later...Boss yells out 'it's gonna rain in 20 minutes'...say what?...couldn't believe it...the sun was gone, and it was replaced, er shielded by this ominous looking set of clouds. and whatever...for the next hour and half...LIGHTNING and THUNDER....hmmm, I guess the way that most people write that is...thunder and lightning...whatever...it was for sure, a Floridian type of afternoon...the storm blew in and out...we rarely get that down here...weird...

The NBA finals are set...sorry all you bandwagon Knicks fans...but your team is gone...bye bye...and the better one, the Pacers move on...to face the Thunder (Soopersonics, of Seattle days)...this set, I will watch...

The Friars laid an egg last nite...0fer...shut out 5-0...and yes, if you can believe it...still in it, down 3...and we brought in the RP Matsui...OMG...4 hits, 2 more runs, before he departs...why can't our Mgr see what I do?...the cat is not a MLB chucker...

The Memorial T in Jack's place...another out of the blue comment...came the number 1 golfer in the world...Scottie Scheffler, and took the lead after this, the 3rd round...the site is in Ohio, and the grounds are wet, my good friends...so, the drives these Pros get...well, it's all carry...and they plop where they land...yet, the greens are fast...weird combo...and the course is tuff, cuz of that...

Am reading a lot of denials by Musk...he doesn't do this, he didn't do that, and there you go...you believe him?...do you believe the TACO guy?...nope...sad, really, that we can't believe the people that run the country...

One thing that I have yet to address...the Trans thing, with the participation in sports, with the gals...such a dilemma...can see the side  of, they can't stop what they must do...but, can see the side of the gals having to compete with them...I know how boy orange feels...

The NBA once more...the TNT Crew signed off forever...Kenny, Shaq, Chuck, and Ernie...many times they were better than the games they commented on...too bad, it is shut down...well, not NBA, but also shuttered...'Around the Horn'...which I loved to watch and listen to the sports columnists from around the Nation...

Finally...another out of the blue thang...I can't get this song outta my head...'I Can't Stay Mad at You'....by Skeeter Davis...a 1963 hit...written by...guess this...Gerry Goffin and Carole King!....anyhoo, her real name was Mary Penick...her grandpappy named her 'Skeeter' cuz she was always on the move...skeeter was a nickname for a mosquito...for youse who used to watch Nashville stuff...she was also married, for a brief stint, to the TV host, Ralph Emery...who for all sense in the Nashville scene, he was a real jerk...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
