Rainy Night in, well,



One of my absolute favorite cover songs...by Boz...is the Brook Benton song...'Rainy Night in Georgia'...appropro around here in South SoCal...as we are about to get 3 days of the wet stuff...enough so, that the Horse canceled his golf today...and probably Friday, too...'we need it'...the motto of the region...geez, I played in so much rain in Orygun, that I vowed not to, down here...no way...BTW, it is a must hear for ya'll...it is that great a rendition....trust the Horse...

Yesterday's blog entry, got some of the Maga folk all hot and bothered...that's fine...we all have our viewpoints...did you happen to see the interview of FOTUS and Musk yesterday from the Oval Office?...what a shit show that was...who is running the circus, anyhow?...Elon did most of the babbling...if you could understand his voice...is that real?...as the cat has redone his face, and his hair...take a look at his before...you can see his after...ewwww...

The inference was...that they (Musk and Fotus) may not follow the judgments from the courts...which puts us ALL IN JEOPARDY!...if allowed, then we have no democracy as it is written...which is exactly what trump wants...the supreme leader...to do as he pleases...and to whomever he wants...THIS IS AS SERIOUS AS IT GETS, for right now...what else follows?...my fear is that it can only get worse...brace yourself...

I just looked out my window...the rain has come....Boss, you seen my umbrella?...

The Genesis Open is this week out at Torrey Pines...with this rain, it will make that track even longer than it already is...good luck short hitters...driver driver on par 4's...

Shocker...as went to Von's (Safeway elsewhere) to get some smaller items, that one can't buy at Costco...yesterday...and lo and behold...no eggs...and the price for them, was listed at $10 for a 12 pack...some call that a dozen...

With the latest tariff on aluminum, fuggit about buying beer in a can...thx, donny...'what about your Diet Coke in a can?...oh well, it's not out of your pocket...you don't care... '...

For my old home town...Salem, Oregon...how in the heck can one (me) ever find the scores of the high school games there?...the local (now from PDX) newspaper rarely has them...I'd like to follow what's what...Mark Gilman used to put them online...who is coaching where?...no idea...

Is this true?...Musk paid $0 tax the past 2 of 3 years...ah, what is that all about?...if something smells, it must be fishy...and this smells to high heaven...

This is true...I was thinking about shooting my age on the course...and couldn't recall what my age was...

I've said this before...but when I say 'happy birthday' to someone on Facebook, a simple thank you would suffice...I try to always say thank you...when it comes my way...but, no, I would say 50% don't say anything...

So, here we go...what will be next on the trump circus show?...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
