Oh my, that does sound like the Horse has a paper...er, newspaper circulation...'The Weekend Edition'...kinda, cuz I am a daily...almost every single doggone day...one may think of what I tell ya, is nothing but an editorial...

The LA fires are still going...spreading?...appears to be, working it's treacherous way east...the few days of less winds are CRUCIAL!...in the fight to contain...as to be expected, the Santa Ana's are to kick back up on Monday or Tuesday...there are no words for the loss of homes, lives, and history that these people have endured...seems like every report we get, it is worse...

The sentence for trump in his 34 felony counts...all thrown out, via some judicial jargon...he slides by, cuz he is the upcoming Prez...any one else...make that again....ANY ONE ELSE...would be in the slammer...so much for this judicial system...

You know the acronym thang...letters....abbreviations for...well, whatever...SCOTUS, the Supreme Court...NRA, National Rifle Assoc...LOL, laugh out loud...DOGE, the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (headed by Musk and Hootenanny)...FLOTUS, the 1st Lady of the US...POTUS, the Prez of the US...and now, thanks to the web net...FOTUS, the Felon of the US...guess who?...

Let's see, I had the Buckeyes by 10...with a miracle strip of the Longhorn's QB, and a run back of 96 yards for the sealing TD, Jack Sawyer, just became the most famous Sawyer since Tom...14 point win and on to the Natty game...vs them Irish...early line has Ohio St a big fav...

The course, was a far cry from Wednesday...no winds whatsoever....beautiful weather...sunny...such a grand time to be on the links...if I could hit my PW and 9 iron a bit tighter, I could be somebody...as is, I am a nobody...

The weekend starts the NFL playoffs...2 today...Chargers at the Texans...and the Steelers at the Ravens...the one that may go with the visitor is the Charger game...these are very fun to gander at...geez, I hope Romo is not on the game...he talks too much...

Finally...special kudos to all the firefighters that are battling the blazes...they are coming from everywhere...other states, Nations (Apache), even prisoners who volunteered to help...the list is large...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
