Rucking?

You had to look twice at the headline for today...didn't you...this, my good friends, is the 'latest' in the countless methods used to...lose weight...good bye, Ozempic...ha ha...RUCKING...well now, what the heck is it?...kind of sounds like retching...which in itself, is another way...albeit poor...but a way, nevertheless...this is the gig...wear a backpack and do your normal get about...make sure you have extra weight in the carry about...geez, me old high school hoops coach tried this on us...true dat...we practiced with red weighted vests on, for like an hour each pre-season practice...secured with straps on the shoulders, which killed...I mean killed...the shoulders...made marks...I guess to help us jump higher...?...imagine all of us, in our very best shape already...due to our ages...egads...wish he would have worn one, too...anyhoo, I stole mine...and it was hanging in my dad's garage for years...

Yea, that is the thing called rucking...I believe it was made famous in the military during basic training...wouldn't it be great if trump tried this...wait, his bullet proof vest must weight a ton...so, he is, in fact, rucking all by himself...not knowing....and if one can judge the results, he is as fat as ever...thus, in a small (huge!) sample size, it doesn't work...

His latest hair brain idea...is to offer severance pay to all the Fed workers he has deemed un-needed...will pay them until September...so they will quit their jobs immediately...not sure where he is getting the funding for this, but, you know it's got to be from us....somehow...I have a better idea...get those people back to work and pay trump severance pay til September, and have him resign immediately...yes, a much greater solution...and less costly...

RFK, Jr...this cat is way out there, kids...listen to his cousin, JFK's daughter, Caroline...she does not mince words about what Jr is all about...a 'predator'...wonder if the Senate will give any credence to what she said...I think we both know the answer to that...

ICETAPO is on the warpath...even snooping into the Rez's...good lord, of all true Americans, the Injuns are the most qualified...the tribes are encouraging their people to carry ID, and even CIB cards...thinking about this even more...ICETAPO has to be using the tactic of facial recognition...typecasting...if one looks like a red or a brown skin...you are s potential 'criminal'...the government's words, not mine...we should all paint our face orange...and dye our hair blonde...
