Horse Sense

The weekend has cometh...filled with games galore, if you are a football junkie...especially the CFP 1st round...home team heaven, er haven...depending on how one looks at it...

The opening act was last eve in South Bend, Indiana...where the Horse backed Notre Dame thoroughly dominated the way too highly ranked Indiana Hoosiers...much to the chagrin....make that anger of the 'Bama, Miami, and Mississippi folk...who were left out of the T...for the Hoosiers...I have wondered why the PTI guys have bad mouthed that Indy coach so much...the guy who WON the Coach of the Year Award...Curt Cignetti...I get it now, after listening to him ramble on in Game Day...he is a jerk...oh well, this team reminds me of last season's FSU...over ranked big time...back to the Irish...they are the real deal...the problem is...they don't play in a league, which makes them a true wild card...

Todays' games are better...matches...of course I am most interested in the Tennessee/Ohio St match up...as the HC of the Buckeyes is on the proverbial 'hot seat'...win or you be gone thang...anyhoo, the winner plays Oregon in the Rose Bowl...thus, my interest...the others...Clemson vs Texas...and SMU vs Penn St...really, JCC...

Now, just Horse sense...what makes me thinketh today....

The government avoided the dreaded shut down...as the proposal by Musk and his puppet, failed...man, I can't believe how much in power, Elon has been promoted...what am I missing?...how does this happen?...some are saying he should be the new Speaker of the House...what would happen to Mr Peepers?...he has been hound dogging trump for the past 6 months...perhaps, an ambassador gig in Ukraine?...

On our outing last nite, with the Bobcat and Radar...the consensus of the group...for many pertinent reasons...many personal...is that the magic number of decline is 80...OMG!...the Horse has 3 good years left...there must be an exception to the speculation that was conceived...all you elders, speaketh up!...

I am not letting this go...Prez B called to the White House as VP Harris was too...something's happening...perhaps, I am seeing something in this, that isn't there...but...

As I peruse thru the web net...out jumped this wild dance by Brit...man oh man, there is something not right there...her '80' appears to have come real early....

Tragedy in Germany...as some killer drove a rig into a Christmas Parade...killing five, and injuring over 200 people...we MUST value life more...we MUST...

Have you been listening to Christmas music?...we have...I have Country Christmas Music on my XM in the VDub...30 minutes out to golf, and 30 minutes back...soothing sounds...I'm getting in the mood...finally...

Socked in again today...da fog, da fog...this is OUR winter...hey, isn't this the 1st day of winter?...

Christmas Cards...they are coming back...we have received more this year, than in like a decade...hey Boss, let's send them out next year, too...

For some reason, that Bob Dylan flick, seems like it might be good...when does it hit Netflix?...

As we parted from the golf yesterday...I told the boys, 'Happy Festivus'....they were dumbfounded...had no idea what I was referring to...this young guys, they need some refining...

How about this fact...fact, I tell ya...Indiana has not beat Notre Dame, at ND, since 1898!...true dat!...guess you can't call them interstate rivals, if one does all the winning...

I think, but I am not sure...but I think Snooki was at that game...
