Abbott and Costello

The past century has been ladened with dynamic duos...some which are comedians...the blog title of Abbott and Costello...Rowan and Martin...Martin and Lewis...George and Gracie...Laurel and Hardy...Cheech and Chong...some have been singing pairs...Brooks and Dunn...Hall and Oates...Phil and Don...Captain and Tennille...Simon and Garfunkel...Sonny and Cher...Seals and Crofts...to name but a few...and now, in the political arena...we have trump and Musk...or, is that Musk and trump?...

The latter have been gaining so much prominence that they are altering what's to be in the next 4 years...seems to be a collaboration...listen to me, kids...it's not trump and Vance...thus, we have found the secret influencer...well, not so secret anymore...not really certain of what Musk has in it for himself....the want and need for power in the political arena?...I mean, look where orange came from...when Senator from Utah, Mitt Romney said that the next in line for the republicans is Vance...he may be off kilter...it very well could be Musk...as the Horse looks into his Mighty Carnac crystal ball...

Is it just me, or the team that pulls off the trick play in football...successfully, ends up winning the game?...Navy did it last week, and Vegas did it last nite...OK, right, you doubters...small sample size, but what the heck?...both on fake punts...when the almighty coaches talk about winning all 3 phases of the game...the 3rd phase, the special team one...may be the diff...

The NBA is working on altering their all star game...JCC...and they also are 'concerned' about too many 3 balls being launched by the teams in the regular season...thus, the fan numbers are down...I have told you all before...the Horse has the solution...no 3 pointers until the last 2 minutes of each half...done...back comes the pattern flow of the game...

Talk about strange...we have dense fog here in the hood...which altered the gala Xmas Party at the Home...it was chilster...'heavy hors d'oeuvres' did not do it for moi...and after all the prep time we took to ready for the extravaganza...we were there in attendance for a whopping 25 minutes...the Horse needs a sit down dinner for such an occasion...I grade it a 'D'...BTW, 100 people crammed into a small room, no bueno...

Broncos at the Chargers tonight...each team has a former Duck, as their QB...Nix vs Herbert...what you think?...still too bad, the Chargers are not in San Diego anymore...would make it that much better...LA has yet to endorse them...like a team that always plays on the road...

I am thinking about going cold turkey....I mean, having a cold turkey sandwich for lunch...

We looked at our schedule today...nuttin' honey...really?...first day forever, that we didn't have to do...something...

So, after my blog post of the 'Mad Plaids', when I arrived at Singing Hills, the golf guys and gals were dressed in, you guessed it, plaid shirts!....is that ironic or what?...thanks for reading...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
