Happy Father's Day to all you fathers out there...son, Cris, and his 2 lil toddlers...hmmm, when have you heard of toddlers before?...like a forgotten word...we are going to celebrate the day by...well, I am going to watch the US Open...and then dindin at my fav, Eddie V's...pictured above is my dad...and mom...not sure of the date...

Must tell you about a little jaunt to a party last eve...that was held at the Penthouse of a building nearby...the deck was simply MASSIVE!...not sure if I have ever seen such a huge one...well, no, I haven't...the view was spectacular...and we had a glimpse of how the rich and famous live...20 years ago, I could not go on something like this...funny how times change...the height thing...perhaps, I am finally maturing...

Mandatory...what does that mean?...well the NY Jets have this 'mandatory camp'...and guess who didn't go?...only their starting QB, Aaron Rodgers...just think that may be shaking the rest of the players up a tad...it would me...truth...I don't like Rodgers...behind his smug smile, he is a selfish SOB...

I'm trying to like DeChamboo...I really am...the money sucking golfer, who took the Norman money...and fled the PGA...for the LIV Tour...he gets to play in the US Open and is leading going into the final round...inciting the crowd, to chant 'USA USA'...for him, against the others, who are foreign born...ah, they all live here now...taxes...side bar...do they have to take the Citizenship Test?...anyhoo, the course, Pinehurst #2...is a bloody joke of a track...almost all the greens are upside down saucers...I still think the winner, will be the only one under par...the boys and I call this type of golf...'Send in the clowns'...

There is no figuring out the Friars...the bats are silent in NY...as the Metropolitans are taking it to SD...too many opps to score and nuttin...hard to watch...if you are a Padre fan...

Did you see that Dr Pepper is now number 2 in sodas?...right...that's crazy...go to any super, and there are clearly two choices...and neither are Dr Pepper...must be MAGA propaganda...

Boss and I were at a bar last eve...sitting at the bar...and somehow, the conversation with us and all else interested...was trying to describe the hair cut 'the rake'...they couldn't fathom such a thang...do you remember it?...


MLB...disciplining an umpire for betting on MLB games...Pat Hoberg...hmmm...why not the permanent ban for life, like the player got?...something smells...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
