Too Many Rifles
Hello, all...the Horse is back from the Cosmo trip...it was grand...fun...informative...groovy...rad...and crazy at times...like driving to San Dimas, in and out of LA...the number of freeways it took to get there...and outta there...like 6+...each way....I relied on the Boss and Maze....but, through it all, it is always great to be back at the Home...
The harrowing day of exuberance, and then, tragedy...as Kansas City (Missouri, you trump FU)...where the champ celebration turned into violence...20 some shot...as we wallow in the country, to countless days of this...the usage of rapid fire weapons...and loss of life...lost in this, is the mental strife it takes on the families...and those who 'only' were injured...makes you afraid of any place that has numbers...the NRA has the House of Repugnants right on their side...money talks...at least to the House...makes me sick...
This day...too...will probably be of significance to trump...as his judgment of money...there is that thing, money...will come down on his head in Manhattan...Judge Engoron is to announce the value of his fraud sentence...too bad, he can't put the FU in the pokey...figure trump will declare bankruptcy for the what?...7th time?...as he tells NATO, that they must pay their bills...he doesn't, unless he takes it outta of the cash he gets from his forevers...Go Fund Me...ha ha...

Just a few weeks ago, the wife of Brian Wilson (Beach Boys) passed...and now, he himself...has been diagnosed with dementia...and the family is filing for conservatorship...you know, I did not know about this, until the past month...the filing business...makes sense...

JLo has a movie coming out on her life...the musical thing she built from the ground up...I surmise, it is a musical, then...BTW, we paid a boatload of cash in Vegas, to see her show...and walked out about half the way thru...really...
Johnny Carson...without a doubt, the best late nite talkie...in our Cosmo excursion, we got a view of one of his oldies...he had Bette Davis and Richard Pryor, on...Johnny was the master...this was about in the early 80's, I think...and Bette was pushing an album she made in England...true dat...I listened to it via iTunes Store...it is dreadful...anyhow, he made her feel like a million...which is not the number of albums sold, for sure...
You won't believe this...but, SoCal is bracing for yet another rain event!...record setting occurrences, I tell ya...I am not hearing 'but we need it' anymore...
The NBA has it's all star weekend...yup, now...another of the games I choose to pass on...will watch for a bit, then move on...the only all star game I like, is the MLB one...but, I do want to see, Curry vs Ionescu for the outright 3 ball champ...
The ONE thing that is so far out, on the Cosmo getaways, is the making of, and enjoying the camp fire...
