Fine, Fine, Super Fine

Going to lead with the MLB All Star Game today in Seattle...thankfully, the outcome has no bearing on the season, who has home field advantage in the World Series, or anything else...it is just a showcase of those worthy for their 1st half of the season production...that's all...all teams are represented...fine...hopefully, they all get to play...sometimes, they don't...let it be...as is...and for goodness sakes, if it is tied after 9, let it stand as is...

The Home Run Derby was fun...Vlad Guerrero, Jr was the winner...but, the star of the show was the OSU product, C Ad Rutschman...who hit from both sides of the plate...did great, hit 27 dingers...and still lost...his pappy did the pitching...it was fine, fine, super fine...not crazy about one rule, the extra 30 seconds gained if a player hits a couple really long...a homer is a homer... 

As I finished the last blog entry about Northwestern football...the coach did indeed know about the indecent hazing within his program...Pat Fitzgerald...and he did get fired...good...there is no place in sports for that sort of stuff...singing a song, yes, but sexual bullying, no...

Of course, trump and whatever is left of his attorney team...have filed a motion to prolong his trial...he wants it to be, AFTER the election...of course he does...his thought, is if he is re-elected, then he can pardon himself of all fed charges...listen up kids, but NOT state charges...yes, I have doubts about our judicial system...now...BUT, this wish of his, should be smashed to high heaven...bring on the 1st witness...

Sweden getting into NATO...little did I know of the strength of that country...according to a former US Military advisor, the country has a massive army, with an even stronger national guard...with a bevy of ships that are ready to protect their homeland...very, very impressive...

This is National Prime Day, via Amazon...have not looked at the deals yet...there just has to be something that the Horse needs, or the Boss does...something...maybe somethings...fine...

Tonight we have the Neil Young Concert, over at the Shell...with all the reviews of it...I am VERY skeptical...starts with an opening act...sing the oldies, dude...

When the Horse is about...all about...on the streets of Diego...over the years, I have been asked about 'do you know where this is?'...and I have given them directions...I wonder where they ended up?...probably cussing the Horse...

Geez, with all this rain in the Northeast, I hope that that phenomena is gone before we head up there in September...

The Trib...I shortline it for the San Diego Tribune...has been sold again...from the LA Times to another conglomerate...as we find another way to survive...where we love it, the whatevers, do not read the paper...where do you get your news?...sadly, many don't...ah, forevers...
