Fresh Air


This is for all you worker bees in this fine world...specifically restaurant ones...when you are serving, waiting on, cooking, and owning one...in a confined area...for a 5-8 hour shift...you are so lucky...fortunate...that there is an entry point, where patrons can eat, or drink, OUTSIDE!...now, some of you are cursing at the Horse...yes, happens more in SoCal...you may work in a colder, much colder, place in the country...my point, is that you can traverse OUTSIDE, and breathe in the FRESH AIR!...I noticed this last nite, while we were at one here in the Gaslamp...Las Hadas...which we have re-found...long story...and ALL the worker bees, would find time to come out in the front...where we were seated...I get it....I would, too...it was like when I was teaching...I always desired the rooms with windows...do YOU know what I mean?...

The Friars are in NY, taking on the damned Yankees...guess what?...we won!...a 5-1 smiling effort...Jr hit a dinger and got to give it back to the RF clan in that stadium...for youse who know the place, that's where the roudies are...he had a good time rubbing it in...today, this am...10 o'clock...we are without Bogie and Manny...

The road to stardom, is now kaput for the teaching pro, Michael Bland...the slipper does not fit...he had an 11 over 1st round...and bolted to the bottom of the list...it's OK, as he got plenty of attention...and a nice tune of $288 grand...sounds good to moi...

Can Boston beat the Heat in DeSantis's Florida (DF)?...even the series up?...odds are again 'em...but, the Horse says that they will get it...gonna change history....YES!...talk is cheap, as the Heat's Jimmy Butler 'guarantees' a win...

How's the bloody debt ceiling confab going?...well, the members are breaking for the Memorial...figure it will work out...early next week...

The word out of China...is that the country is over-run with...gets this...Covid!...again...oh my...here we go again...

Listen up, kids...I have two artists that are tingling...Lainey Wilson...and, you are gonna laugh...until you hear him...Jelly Roll...they are really entertaining...trust the Horse...

There are many out here...but, I have this yearning to go to a....pow wow...I can recall some, when we lived out at Chemawa...and one at Warm Springs...yea, just have that feeling...we did go to a 'Native Show' out at a casino one nite...it was singing and dancing...the singing was getting to me...sounded like crying...you have no idea...the impact it had on moi...

The Navajos have this 'hoop dance' that is incredible...

Let's pretend that your son had a choice...to date...KK or Taylor Swift?...or Madonna?...as a parent, who'd you tally your vote to him?...well, kinda like this...'Farmer Wants a Wife'...is gonna have season 2...still think they should have 'Injun Wants a Wife'...this is prejudice...right?...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
