Guilty!


The Murdaugh murder trial...the jury took less than 3 hours to come up with the verdict...GUILTY!...as Alex Murdaugh was indeed found to have killed his son and wife...shot them to death...not sure how any father could possibly do such a thing...fortunately, for the killer, the death sentence was off the books on this case...it's there in South Carolina, but not asked for in this one...interesting...I thought that the prosecution did not do a great job, in fact, left the door open for doubt...but the damning evidence was the snapshot that placed him there at the scene...that, and that he lied about everything...this am, the Judge will lay down the sentence...30 years to life...

BREAKING...sentenced to life in prison without parole...

The idea that there needs to be a change in the way we study history...is truly bizarre...erase our past?...when we leave decisions to politicians about this, we are in deep trouble...let the schools decide...the communities that want the best education for their kids...not some bloke who wants to earn another vote...

Hoops are near the playoff stage in college...in fact, the gals are doing the conference ones...UO and OSU are now out...too bad...the guys are a week away...the fate of the same schools, are probably the same as the gals, I think...SDSU?...good chance at #1...bet on it?...not me...

LBT...Little Big Town is coming to Pala in July...10 am is the start time to get tix...and Boss is on it...as the Horse will be on the links...if you have never seen them in concert, you are missing out...terrific!...

Not exactly sure what virus we had, but the web net was talking a nasty one here in SD...had to be it...gosh, we take all the shots available and still get sick..not fair...

Golden St beat the Clippers...without Curry and Wiggins...the most overhyped team in the league, is the Clip Joint...lazy...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
