15 days


We are back...it took us 9 hours to do it...canceled the intermediary stop in Huntington Beach...cuz of all things, the weather....all the forecasts said rain...we had a bunch right out of Pismo, but little after...it was sunny, slightly breezy, and cold...not as much traffic as normal thru LaLa...and we flew...sort of...cough cough...to say, we are still sick, is an understatement...just for sure, tested for Covid...nope, not that...but a combo of non-Covid Corona virus (true!) and some other awful coughing, deep in the lungs, cold thang...it's what the grand kids have...thus, you can imagine, what we were doing in this 15 day trip...feels so good to be home...as we medicate even more...let's just say this...can't smell, taste, hear or breathe...sound like you want to meet up with us soon?...right...

This Russian attack on Ukraine...over a year now, with Putin thinking it would be a slam bam win...the resistance of the people of Ukraine is legendary...and now China has met with Putin...so many thoughts of adding military to the Russians, yet...they are suggesting a 'cease fire'...this whole thing spells doom for Putin...as the Kremlin will soon retire the bastard...the mighty Carnac predicts...

I'm laughing at what I gave you about teams in the collegiate ranks to watch for in hoops...promptly, Virginia got mauled...really, the Horse knows nothing...obviously...

You didn't think the coffee caper was through now did you?...we are gonna run out our Kcups...then switch again...to a grinder and coffee maker...me eyes are all over the web, trying to find the best...the cost of the Keurig is just too much...and the coffee is adequate, but not the deep flavor the Horse needs in his 'elder' years...it's all about me...really, Boss feels the same...a team decision...

The pix of the pretty snow up in Orygun was pleasant to me eyes...saw on Facebook and IM...did you know it actually snowed on the Hearst Castle down here?...gosh, love seeing it, not driving in it...

A bear named Ben, escaped from the Saint Louie Zoo for the 2nd time this month...ah, who is outsmarting the bear?...imagine walking down the lane, and Ben is there greeting you in that exhibit...outside the cage...Gentle...now...

This is a very 'touchy' subject...most avoid talking or writing about it....as we all age, to what limits do we try to stay young, er younger?...for the rich and famous, the face alteration is the norm...take a walk down the Palm Springs streets...figure Beverly Hills, too...just a guess...shoot, look at your girl Madonna...if you can...men and women, kids...hair coloring for most all...ha ha, I did that for awhile...then, you turn to doctoring the photos...when you meet some one for real, they go 'egads!'...imagine the elder dating sites...at what point do you go 'what the hell!'...go au natural...imagine trump with his lock gray, and his face without spray paint....I just ruined your day, didn't I...

Sergio Garcia said that Rory is lacking maturity...yes, Serg said that...the expert on the subject...LIV lives on...

SI is reporting prior to the Denver Bronco trade, the QB Russell Wilson called for the firing of the Seattle HC Pete Carroll...think again when you may have a soft spot for the bloke...hope that he gets the axe in Denver...as the new HC of the Broncos cleans that system up....

Alex Murdaugh took the stand in his defensive case...is this the most bizarre thing ever?...admits to lying to the police...wonder how the jury sees anything thereafter?...

I am hungry...but...can't smell or taste...the coffee is hotish...

As you recoup from travel and germs, you might enjoy passing some hours w/ Netflix "Full Swing" (maybe you've already watched it?) Also, have to comment on hair dyes, youth preservation etc., you've seen Jane Fonda lately right? I went w/girlfriend to "80 for Brady" yesterday and the "work" kinda creeped me out. She looks like a "Barbie come alive". Oh well, Hollywood. And, yes, I still love coloring my hair;) Feel better Horse ❤

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
