Why Thursday?




It is my competitive nature, that triggers what I write about...often...like to see it in action...competition...the one exception, is my own...in golf...just try to play it...and not attempt to beat anyone else...as I pull for my playing partners, not against them...back to it...the team golf that the USA gents play...the Presidents Cup...versus the 'other than Europe dudes'...it starts this weekend and I call it FUN...these are all non-LIV players...the Norman blokes are not included...they already have their scratch...

The freakin, streakin Friars...now at 5 straight wins...with a Blake Snell gem...gave up just one hit thru 7...and the RP held up, as the Padres won 1-0....day game today...keep on a chugging, boys...

Looking ahead to the gridiron...that USC/OSU game is a blockbuster...the Ducks in the Palouse is another...and in the NFL, the Bills at the Dolphins is intriguing...(who decided on that spelling?)...

An answer to a WHY from a few weeks back...Ginni Thomas WILL be interrogated by the Jan 6 Coup committee, after all...wonder what part of her answers will be doctored with the 5th thang?...SCOTUS Clarence gots to be cringing... 


If you want to put a smile on your face most every single day...add the 'Coming to Maui' group to your Facebook...well, it may make you a tad bit jealous...

As per yesterday's entry...Putin is facing big time revolts back in his homeland, over the draft he has put on for more military...just how is he handling it?...arresting over 1200 of them, thus far...a very bad man...

Today is the 1st day of FALL...I see soooo many commercials and ads for shoes...and realize that I wear flip flops 52 weeks of the year...none as good as the ones I have had for at least 2 years...Olukai...but am thinking I may go up to Orygun, for a football game...and have to find some shoes...and jeans...and sweaters...and coats...

Sunk to a new level...Good Morning America...actually had KK on for an interview...a real segment...her answers were a complete joke, as she is, too...they have set their standards too low...

Why is trump still talking?...the more he says, makes him more and more in doubt, even to his forevers...who just might be wavering...after his latest "I can declassify documents by just thinking about it"...ah, OK...this after, he got indicted for Fraud...he goes out on his revivals, and says more self damning things...does he not know what he is doing?...or, probably, thinks that it makes no difference...as he is untouchable...so he dreams...I'm sure he listens to no one who could convince him otherwise...listen, bloke, sit back and shut up...go try to golf...but, for your own sake...stop talking...on the other hand, keep on what you are doing...love it...

We watched a terrific flick by Ron Howard, you know, Opie...about the Beatles...touring...gosh, it was so good...gave us chills at times...found this on HULU...

Don't harass moi, but the man bun is coming...back...if I can...

I just can't fathom leaving here...we have so much taken care of...the cleaning, the concierge, the 24 hour security, the view, the everything...sure, we pay for it...steeply, but dang it all...it is done 1st class...too many positives to let it go...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
