Beyond Belief


With all the countless numbers of mass shootings in OUR country...the one thing that resonated was that there was a ban on assault rifles in OUR state of California...so, we could say at least we were trying...right?...not anymore...back to the wild Wild West we wiggle to...a Federal Court Judge, ah, in San Diego, mind you...just ruled the BAN WAS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!...that's right, here we go...Judge Benitez, in his rambling 94 page verdict, er decision...damn it all, whatever they call it...let this piece of info out, as he did the ruling...here you go, unedited..."Like the Swiss army knife, the popular AR-15 is a perfect combination of home defense weapon and homeland defense equipment."...in the hands of now, whomever wants it...

Get on down to your local gun shop, people...load up...be prepared...as we go backwards in society...nothing that has been ruled on, makes less sense than this crap...just because you are a judge doesn't mean that you can't be removed from office...

The NBA...first, the Blazers and their coach of 9 yrs have parted ways...yes, it was needed...he never did adjust defensively...and his time was up...the talent is there, and with some tinkering, this could be an upper level team...this is a good thing...one more item...lots of talk about teams inquiring about Dame...don't do it, PDX...

More NBA...the Clip Joint beat the Mavs in Dallas, to force a game 7...odd series, as the road team has won all the games...Kawhi was sensational, as he scored 45 points...wonder if that shut up Rondo?...so, does the road thing mean, that Dallas is favored in LA?...never ever bet the NBA...

The Belmont Stakes, the 3rd race in the Triple Crown is today...is Baffert allowed in NY?...are is horses?...I mean, they are the ones drugged up...the Horse MAY wager on it...may...might...possibly...

Your guy trump, was suspended from Facebook for 2 years...is this worse than going to jail?...perhaps, for this bloke...wonder if that's where the Kentucky race commission, got their number for Baffert?...or, vice versa?...

I was 26 yrs of age, before I actually liked a cup of coffee...true dat...from that time on, absolutely hooked...didn't know real coffee, until I was like 40 something...now a daily ritual...and seemingly, can't survive without it...some of you feel the same way about cigarettes or alcohol...mine is the coffee bean...

Hey, we did BOOK our flights to Portland Maine...September...the hosts, the Fishers, suggest a longer stay than what we have planned...ah, like most other guests, we start to smell after 3 days...but no promise of breakfast, well, that dampens the festivities...coffee?...just jesting, kids...

A North Carolina student, draped himself with a Mexican flag, while walking across the stage to get his high school diploma...the authorities said, it was not the dress code, and he was denied his diploma...what say you?...

And one more...a high school football coach and his staff, forced a player to eat pork...against his religious beliefs...for missing a non-mandatory practice...Ohio...the coach was subsequently fired...what say you?...

Is it cheaper to buy an assault rifle in Mexico and have it shipped here?...here is the Judge...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ...
