Since this bloody pandemic has begun...for us, the day after the Blake Shelton concert...really...we were amongst 10,000 of our closest friends...enjoying the country sounds of one of our favorite dudes...we were sipping agua...true story, as we partied hard with them Mackles the nite before...ah, how old are we?...well, too old to drink two nites in a row...then...I digress...

One of the passions of Marsh, is to do anything but...be a hoarder...so, out with the old, and in with the new...surprised she has kept me as long as she has...anyhoo...man, that was a word that Jo (Bunny) Ritchey would use all the time...I use it as a dedication to her...the story, Horse, get back to the story...so, Marsh would box or bag up clothes, and or stuff we no longer used...but, the Goodwills of the area, were shut down...we would store them in our storage area...not the biggest thing...

As time has wore on...wore?...marched is better...we had built up quite the stockpile of thangs...just on a lark, we called the outlet, and they were back open now...so, we loaded up the Lexus with 12 bags of whatever and off we went to do it...and now...our closets are cleaner, er slicker...the storage area is more manageable...and the lil lady is like looking, loving, and lusting after me, more than ever...ha ha...as she calls it 'CATHARTIC!'...OK, I buy that...

Brag time?...or just the Horse truth?...I made a chicken breast (bone in) last eve, that was the juiciest, most tender, and scrumpdilishish...you could ever taste...the recipe...huge bone in chicken breast...marinade it all afternoon...sear it in the Le Creuset...add chicken stock, like a quarter inch...cover and cook for 57 minutes at 350*...let rest and carve it up, turkey style...do it, and praise the Horse all nite long...oh yea, why 57?...I couldn't wait any longer...it should have been 60...
