Secure YOUR Streets


One of the most difficult things, this blogger does...is sift through my 23 sources and figure out what is worthy of print...IS IT WORTHY?...as it turns out, many of my items comes straight out of the Huge Orange's mouth...yes, Trump himself...often, it is a derivative of that, through his latest press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany...she is sharp, kids...as was her predecessor, Stephanie Grisham...and before her, Sarah Huckabee Sanders...seeing a pattern here?...has to be a bit troublesome for these women, as they are all smarter than the bloke giving them orders...I digress...

Yesterday, Trump held a 'briefing'...too bad...as he should have had Kayleigh do it...after his rambling 13 minutes of who knows what...he then answered a few questions from the press...ah, not a good idear...3 points of interest...the 17 yr old gun bearer that shot and killed 2...'he was defending himself'...nice...one more...his condemnation of the BLM people actions, to the 'peaceful protest' of HIS supporters in Portland, Oregon...as his people were just shooting paint balls and tear gas...I guess he thinks that is harmless...and...'peaceful?'...and finally, that these bad mayors and governors need to clean up their cities...all they have to do 'is give me a call'...'we will be there in minutes'...with what, Donny, your storm troopers?...

Do as I say, and NOT as I do...Trump had Kayleigh suggest that the cities that are still revolting over him...should SECURE YOUR STREETS!...hmmm, how are the streets in DC right now, Donny?...how long did it take you to walk across YOUR street to take a picture of you holding a bible?...give us all a break...

The latest polls...have Joe Biden leading Orange by 9 points...this after the RNC bump...no telling what Trump will do now...try like he can to stir something up...

From the 'can't make this up' files...Trump has been very evasive when the numbers of Covid are brought up...however, this came out of his boca...'the number of deaths are misleading, as the actual numbers of those who only died of Covid should be counted...not those of pre-conditions...'...for many of you that voted for him, what say you?...this your guy?...

I repeat this, cuz it is good...he wants to 'drain the swamp'...ah, Donny, it is your swamp now...I agree with you...Lindsay, Mitch, and of course, you...

OMG, the mighty Padres...picked up TEN new players...who does this?...I have never seen the likes of it...the last guy, was a SP from Cleveland...it does seem we have traded a lot with them...anyhoo, we had some immediate impact last nite in Colorado...as we won 6-0...catcher, Nova....1B Moreland...closer Rosenthal...hey, this closer has heat...+++++...a day off, and the we go at it again...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
