Jump Jive an' Wail

This is truly a rollercoaster ride of a month...the deal is on, then it's off, and then it's ON AGAIN!...the highs and the lows of it all...figuring out the next step becomes so confusing...so...back to the schedule...slightly altered...in reality, any delay is welcomed, as the house in Cathedral City won't be completed until June 20, thereabouts...

Yet, after more things have transpired, we can now, 'Jump Jive an' Wail!!!'...not that we haven't done this before...we are not rookies...moved 6 times...however, none of them have been that easy...never is...and this is the first one, that we can't just move in...have to wait out construction...somewhere...and ya'll know this already, we have begged our friends for kindness...and beyond...shoot, the storage is a big issue, for our things, our cars, and ourselves...ha ha...true dat...

And...our first Cosmo trip...to see the baby...'the Lil General'...as we need to secure the final items for that today...and...have our sound guy adjust what we need...and...meet up with the movers...and...I'm sure there will be other things, too....

You catch any of the Warrior/Beard game last eve?...Golden St ran up big numbers early...then went in a horrendous funk of laziness...let the Rockets back in the game...and worse, Kev Durant went down with an injury....they were reporting a 'calf strain'...to moi, it looked worse than that, like an achilles tear...well, the Warriors won...the series goes back to Texas for game 6...of course, KD is out...I know you are hearing me words of the past, 'GS will not repeat'...

PDX is in a must win tonight to force a game 7...I dunno, kids...their lack of rebounding is too severe, to win this series with Denver...Milwaukee closed out the Celtics...who did what they have done for the past like 5 seasons...folded in the playoffs...Boston plays hard, but has NO GO TO GUY....certainly not Kyrie, who is a detriment to any team he is on...BUT, the Bucks 'Greek Freak' is the best hoopster in the game now...so, maybe it made no diff...the 76ers and Canada, Jimmy Crack Corn...

The mighty Padres won the day game versus the visiting Mets...no Met gala here...sorry 'bout that...won the series on strong pitching and a game winning HR from Mr HR himself (again), Hunter Renfroe...really not sure why he isn't in the lineup EVERYDAY...in lieu of Myers...just saying...if I were the mgr, it would be a done deal...oops, there is that word again....deal...

Trump tariffs...with and on China...raising them from 10 to 25%...will hit you and I, significantly...the estimate for the average Joe, is $757 this year...the hot items affected?...the cell phones, the tv's, the furniture, the toys, and, well the list goes on...they make them cheaper over there...we import them...the cost of this?...thanks Donny...

Donny Jr got a subpoena from the Senate...what?...the Repubs...what?...Trump will block whatever he can...or try to...first such for an inner circle person...

Reading about all of his lies about his fortune...Trump...he boasted so much to the public...it's all a facade...why don't the Repubs get themselves somebody that is better?...time to do it...the Koch Bros think it is....maybe behind the scenes, it is happening...and nobody is telling Donny...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ...
