Let The Games Begin

How about forgetting how they got there...the elite hoopsters in the colleges...that will inhabit the campuses for but one year, then bolt on up to the NBA...but, represent a school in the Big Dance, as it is called...with all the hoopla about 'illegal' ways of kids to get into the prestiges colleges or universities, the track of the athlete is sort of put on the back side...nobody is talking about that...too much money at stake, I guess...

What is the number of classes these players attend?...if it all?...must be a lot of PE ones...and, or coaching theory...math?...I doubt it...English?...naw...anthropology?...ah, fuggit about it...they are there to play basketball...accept it and that's the way it is...for now...

The amount of teams in the tourney...at 68...how many of them have a chance at winning?...OK, every year is different...but, not too much...it will drastically change if the NBA allows high school grads to skip college and go right into the Pros...then, yea, almost anyone will have a chance...tru dat...

There is a big commotion about who or who doesn't get in...to the T...count me as the one that thinks there are way too many as is...the league playoff champ, should...well, let's clarify that...32, I believe...and then, let's get serious...16 more should do it...puts a premium on winning the conference T...and then, the committee, can be more productive...who can REALLY win it all?...

These number ones slots...who have the easiest road to the Final 4...3 of them are from the same conference...the ACC...give me a break...Duke should have one, for the win at the conf T...Mich St should, with the same rationale...the Zags?...didn't win...Virginia?...didn't win...you see where I am going with this...UNC?...didn't win...

For all the things, that one learns in college, this is the one thing that makes little sense...

For youse out there, that think that LeBron is all that...did you see the ending of the LaLa Lakers and the Knicks?...he went mano a mano, to win the game...and was actually checked twice on the play...before and after he traveled...it's over...as the game was...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ...
