Monday Musings

Well now, it took 'til 11:30 pm to get home...from the Lady A Concert...which was absolutely fabulous!...they have added horns to their show...it just keeps getting better and better and...terrific seats, with no one in front of us...way cool...the lead singers are just so good and talented...Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott...we kept debating who was better...ha ha...guess who I picked?...

One of the intro acts, was Kelsea Ballerini...I think that is her name...did not know she could sang that well...pleasant surprise...

Outside arenas are tremendous, as long as you have the good weather...it was beautiful last eve...and did see the one in London last night for the Ariana Grande 'memorial' ...wow!...people will not let the scum get to 'em...get this fight on, and defeat the unjust...

Word out of Orlando about a shooting...this am...please let this stop...enough already...

Watched the 1st half of the GS/Cleve game...should have been a huge gap, but extremely lazy passing by Curry, let the Cavs back into it...this is his one part, that he has to improve on...but...the 2nd half was all Warriors..and up they go 2-0...still undefeated in the playoffs...what?...who does that?...as HC Steve Kerr was back on the sidelines...the series now heads east...Cleve needs some home cooking...

Jack Benny, er Jason Dufner, recovered from his 3rd round hiccup...and took it to the field to win the Memorial...by 3 I think...cuz of the weather delays, it wasn't live for us...beat Rickie, who came in 2nd...'Rochester!'...for those who know...or knew...

The Pads scored but one, again...and lost to the Rockies...boo...take a day off and travel to 'Zona...maybe they can find their bats...as they are missing...

Paula Creamer...couldn't do it...she was in the hunt for the 1st time...like forever...played so tight, and lost...felt so bad for her...as did the announcers...she has been great for the Lady's Tour...

Nashville...the area is going bonkers for their beloved Predators...a chance to even up the Stanley Cup tonight...however, the highlight of the day?...the NFL Bros, and coaches in the league, the Ryans...got into a scrum in a bar there...I saw the video clip of it...not much, but I couldn't figure out what bar it was....I know LowBroad real well... ha ha...Breaking...it was at the Margarita Bar...been there, NOT done that...

Have you heard of this?...the 'new' hitting method in MLB...adjusting the 'launch angle'...so one can hit more home runs, I guess...well now, it only works if the hitter, actually makes contact with the ball...right?...we have some key guys on our squad, apparently using it...what ever happened to the line drive?...c'mon...or just occasionally just 'hitting' the ball, rather than setting the record for most whiffs, ever...

So...today we get our carpets cleaned...which means moi has to move all the furniture...TG it's only in the 2 bedrooms...so that's it for the blog...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
