FOX Gets Fixed

Morning, kids...no golf today, so the Horse can take a bit of time explaining himself better...'you got a lot of splaining to do'...Ricky to Lucy...have you ever seen the epic 'The Lucy Show?"...some of you have...most have not...it was THE comedy half hour on TV way back when...Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz were the leads...and...it was way funny...some of the gazillion channels still air it...look for it and take a few episodes in...you can thank me later...

My blog title for the day, has the embattled FOX News as the headline...oh my...they have lost 3 of their stars in the past 6 months...the boss, Roger Ailes...their lady star, Megyn Kelly...and now, the mouth that roared, Bill O'Reilly...two of them for harassment allegations...guess which two?...anyway, they have filled one of the prime spots with this dude, Tucker Carlson...

For you who are Dancing With The Stars groupies...he was on that show as, gulp, a star that was trying to dance...and in his season, got the heave ho...first...certainly, not his thang...ha ha...hey, he is a La Jolla boy...moved out east...got into the political journalism field...and has been on both sides of it...MSNBC, CNN, and FOX...woah...I kind of like his schtick...maybe you remember this, he tried to wear the bow ties all the time...ah ha, now you got it...anyway, he seems like he will pass the bar on staying fair and balanced...and out of the harassment field...

What the heck was that effort last night by the Blazers?...Golden St was primed for a defeat... Durant, Livingston, and Barnes were all OUT!...sounds like a law firm, right?...instead, they got shellacked!...one of the worst blow outs of the playoff season...just an awful game...as the Warriors first line didn't even play the 4th Q...ha ha, neither did the PDX's...who you might say didn't play any of the Q's...booooooooo...

I could say the same for the 'about to be named' MVP of the league, Russell Westbrook...who took most every shot in their fatal 4th Q...and he was clanging 'em big time...the Thunder, have to be dismayed by the lack of team play...you know how I think on this...he is the MSP of the NBA...as in selfish...

The Pads won in a squeaker...hey, any W is a joy...a 1-0 thriller...beat the star of the DBacks, Zach Greinke...however, our guy...and GET this name...Jhoulys Chacin threw 8 innings of shut out ball...and we got a dinger by our new SS Aybar...that was the Diff...

Speaking of epic...I was, wasn't I?...there is this new Callaway driver called 'Epic'...and one of the blokes I was playing with yesterday, had it and used it for the first time...listen, this kid was a baller for SDSU, and could use a toothpick and outdrive moi...he hit the thang 317 yds on the last hole...really...as the song about Custer in the 60's went, 'what am I doing here?'...

You knew I was gonna talk this up...the SDSU Aztecs...have been toying with ridding themselves of their mascot...and changing up to be a bit more non-derogatory of the Natives...went to the mighty student council for a vote last night...have not heard the results...I could give them some other names...how about Rattlers?...they are running around the country side, free and easy, and ready to attack...too...I digress...

What's wrong with this?...Ann Coulter to speak at UCal Berkeley...what?...the school has said no...she says yes...and we have a stalemate...why would she want to go there?...must be the $...has to be...

And...finally...Flip and Flop have reconciled!...naw, just kidding ya...somehow, they want to continue on their 'flip' show...as soul mates, but not true house mates...and you and I...get to see how they do it...I'll tell you the Bat channel and the time...can't wait...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
