National Waffle Day
Hey now, this is something we ALL can celebrate!...National Waffle Day...yessiree, Bob...you like 'em regular or Belgian?...smothered with butter, er fake butter...margerine...ladle on some real Vermont syrup, or a reasonable facsimile...top with an egg, over easy please, and there you go...a reason to start the day off with a smile...BTW, have you ever looked at the price of REAL syrup?...hmmm...
I gave it 8/5 odds for failure...the Ryan Care, er Obamacare Lite, er, the Health Bill...and it didn't even get to a vote...squashed by the opposition prior to...which included, Prez T, other than every single of them Demos...some of YOUR Repubs...back to the drawing board...the Horse endorses a new version that includes more of the masses...this stuff is real tricky...
Dang, them Bruins of UCLA got their butts handed to 'em...that sounds awful...let me restate it...they got thoroughly defeated by Kentucky...ha ha ha...and the Ball kid?...he's the best in the land?...I think not, what you think Chas?...but he didn't take much time, telling the media that he is one and done...and ready to enlighten the NBA...so much for 'team pride'...man, I bet it's hard to coach that type...I guess you earn your $10 million bucks...
The rest of the bracket...South Carolina vs Florida and North Carolina vs Kentucky...good stuff...today, the Ducks have a shot, albeit long, to get to the semis...against Kansas...who looked tremendous in their win over Purdue...
Go back about a month and a half ago...on my Blog...that I announced to the Horse World that the best player in the college hoops is from Kentucky...Malik Monk...I have seen nothing to change me mind....way better than the 'Ball' player...
Bellagio...the casino in Vegas...got a lockdown...there was an armed robbery at their Rolex Store...a masked up person...brazen...right?...geez, the last heist I have heard of on the Strip was OJ...and he is still in a Nevadan Prison...
Call me a skeptic...but I just don't see any gals team upending UConn...hopes for the entire state of Oregon with both teams still in the mix...but, realistically?...buy a lottery tix...don't throw shade, it's just an observation...
