It is the game in Oregon...wait, THE game...the annual CIVIL WAR...no, not the one pictured...but UO/OSU...I had it in Corvallis...nope, it's in Eugene...and get the point spread...35...wait, THIRTY FIVE!...never heard of such a thing...pride by the Beavs will make this a much closer game...take the points, kids...

Had to plan this early...but my present to Marsh for her birthday...is a trip to Nashville and a concert of Blake Shelton there...got both the flight and the concert tix already...am using a new site for the hotel...Back Bid...check it out...I'll let you know how it works ...

Gots to think that our own Chip Kelly has numbered days with the Philly Eagles...his style changed in the NFL...look for him to be a very hot commodity in the collegiate coaching ranks...USC would be a perfect fit...egads, the Ducks would hate that...well...the games yesterday were all one sided...and lordy, the Panthers are good...dang, if I didn't bench them this week...

Quietly, yes, very quietly...the SDSU Aztecs are building some nice programs in football and basketball..big win versus the Golden Bears...Cal is loaded...with NBA type talent...and nobody, I mean NOBODY plays D like the Aztecs...lost art...

Gonna try the new off track to bet on Del Mar at noon...this is closing weekend for the track...and this off track is about 300 yards away from where we live...
