What Was That?

What a terrible effort in the 4th quarter by the Clip Joint...or, what a super performance by the Rockets...without their star, the bearded one Hardin...as Houston outscored LA 40-15...egads!...the lack of O was legendary...and the series is tied 3-3...and off they go to Texas to determine a winner...did not see this coming...BTW, super star Griffin, was held scoreless...oh my...

And the Cavs beat up the Bulls...and won the series...and wait for the Hawks/Wizards winner...dang...oh yea, bye bye Chi-Town coach...

It's a rain storm here...really...we canceled our morning practice round of golf...and will head out to Sycuan at noon for registration...so, no clubs out...and the wet stuff is supposed to be gone by this eve...so the Pads game is still on...

Speaking of them...a solid 8-3 win over the Nats...after a 2 hour delay for the weather...and we have Odie going this eve...and the Nats are heavily favored cuz of him...maybe we will hit well again...have to score at least 6 to get the V...you notice I use W and V interchangeably...they mean the same...

My boy made it here late last night...ended up driving in lieu of the train...as there was an incident of somebody getting hit...and a delay...which would make him get here much later than 1 am...and...he arrived at 11...lots of weather throughout the LA portion of the drive...

Cuz of the infrequent rains...the roads around here get flooded...and we have stranded motorists all over the place...weird...the grounds are so flat...especially over at the beaches...

Of course, I am so used to this...coming from the PNW...but refuse to play golf in it anymore...too many days I don't have to...ha ha...

Time for some grub...and to get ready to travel out to El Cajon...
