My Take

Yup, I watched a whole lot of them games yesterday...and I have this as MY TAKE...Pac 12...

UCLA...big time over hype...their D has and will be solid...exceptional LB crew...but, this notion of their QB Hundley as a Heisman possible...naw, no way...happy feet...and they were lucky to get the win...

Washington...survived....SURVIVED!...against the lowly Rainbows of Hawaii...really...17-16...and are in a building (or crash landing) season...new coach...from BSU...we'll see...

USC...a step up I suppose...Fresno St is nowhere close to what they were with Pat Hill...why they made that change is crazy...and the Trojans have some big play guys...jury is out...had an awful week of media attention...next week, Stanford...the truth is then...

Stanford...so solid...the class of the area...for sure...they just reload...can you believe I saw this much?..it's true...only stayed with this one for a half...like USC, a major test ahead...

WSU...a llllloooong season ahead...bad D and a brittle hurler...and of course, the worst coach in the league...ha ha...doormat...

ASU...scares the heebee jeebies out of me...great speed all over the place...
Arizona...ditto...so much to watch...
Cali Bears...better...but...
Utah...ugh...

OSU...hmmm...notoriously slow starters...and were behind Portland St at half...really?...this was NOT on the tube down here...now travel to Hawaii...I guess you can compare to the Dawgs...by the way, PSU now plays Western Oregon next...what?...

Orygun...dynamite speed...and the best QB in the land...concerns about the D line...new D coordinator...and the season is on the line...really?...yup, as the darling of the east comes to town next week...Mich St...humongous test and game...is Game Day coming, too?...

Colorado got beat by Col St...enough said...

Others...

SDSU played impressively against N Arizona...2 weeks from a trip to Corvallis...tell tale for both teams...

Alabama...well...are you with me when your O coordinator is Lane Kiffin?...got my doubts...

FSU barely over Oky St...the Cowboys are better than what peops think...so, good win...

Ohio St barely beat the entire Navy...lord, I hate the Middies O...get into this decade, please...

Georgia beat  Clemson...hmmm...on the watch list...

And...

The Pads beat the Bums again in OT...this time it was the tiny Amarista with the walk off...he speaketh no English...the interview afterward was funny...

And...

Get this...as we were pulling into our stall with the Lexus...the driving mechanism locked up...got onto the net and tried to figure out what to do...unhooked the battery...took out and replaced some fuses...replaced all...so as to reset the computer...in the rig...to no avail...then called a dealership...one said to bring it in on Tuesday....and then VOILA!...got ahold of Lexus of El Cajon...who walked me through what was needed to get it going...and did so...what a great place!...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
