And the train has stopped in the capital city...of the country...Barnum and Bailey...and we did not disappoint...with plays that a high school coach would get fired for...inept base running...tumbling outfielding plays on routine balls...failing to bunt when the time is demanded...improper stepping up to the umpire's blown calls...and the list goes on...and get this...the Pads won!...and not without the tough part of sport...losing some blokes to injury...3B Headley (hmmm) and LF Smith...each with muscle type pulls...Headley has gone immediately to the DL, for at least a month...which is NOT necessarily a bad thing...and lordy...2B Gyorko...is wallowing in a minor league type of play...hitting .132...he did get a hit...and scored a big and winning run...but...it was a dreadful single to right...wait..let's take anything from him....tremendous pitching by the way...and the guy that usually is in Q, Tim Stauffer, had a great 2 1/3 innings...maybe I'm too hard on these guys...nawwww....

NBA...so you think that the softy PG from the Warriors got fouled on his attempt to tie or win the game last eve?...it was a non-call...here's the deal...the kid is a flopper...and the refs know it...and the Clips go up 2-1...still a series that is in doubt...and the rest of the league...so up in the air...so many upsets...the only solid choice is the returning champ, the Heat...never, ever bet on the NBA...

Survivor...the cop is running the show...and makes the profession kinda seedy don't you think?...of course, it's just one bloke...still, great TV...remains a very, very good production...

Swinging Skirts T in the SF area...very catchy name...and most of the stars are there...LPGA...expect some wet weather...

Speaking of that, I got an invite to play in a T at Maderas this noon...so off I go...I mean, I got sticks...I got shoes...I got balls...I got game...wait, I got most of them...

There is a show in the area...Old Jews Telling Jokes...what?...I can't make this up...

Gotta think that the PGA event in New Orleans has to be a fun stop for the guys...HAS to be...

The Biebs flew back into our country and was detained for 3 hrs at LAX...somebody needs to slap that boy down...he is laughing at all of us...with his $...

Finally...I am a fan of Glee...and Lea Michelle....and the writers absolutely ruined the show putting the female gym teacher turned principal into the script in NYC...totally unnecessary and appalling...what a waste...it was the opening night for her in Funny Girl...
