Marsh is like crazy thinking I could watch so much of these matches...like the format and the pressure...the positives...Paula Creamer, playing solid...Michele Wie, who rises to the occasion...and if she could putt, would be a dominant force in the game...Brittany Lang, studette...and a newcomer, Jessica Korda...will be in the mix this next season...

Hallelujah...the Pads finally sat Chase Headley...and guess what?...we scored 8 runs...and the game went faster...dingers by new daddy Nick Hundley, and by 2B Jed Gyorko...helped big time...and the mop up crew finished it off...innings 6-9....really...even my whipping boy, Gregerson...
Here's the question of the day...is Headley better than the former 3B Kevin Koozmanoff?...a source of complaints when he was here...both struck out often...and were not good in the clutch...and both were not bad defensively...OK, Chase is a huge disappointment...outside of a bewildering last half of the season in '12...and the fact that he bats 3rd in the lineup is a gross mismanagement of the team...a fact that I have mentioned way too often...
Can you believe the Dodgers?...25-3 (89%) since the all star break...10 in a row...are whupping up on the Phillies now...how'd that change of manager work out Philly?...making a mockery of the west...and the NL, for that fact...
Pick 6 carryover at Del Mar...again...today has way too many entries to get it...unless the favs come in...which is highly unlikely....which means another Sunday carryover...I have been there but once...still hurting a bit...but getting better...feel stronger...
