and stupid...very STUPID!...go figure the NBA...in a world where there are fewer and fewer quality coaches...and even fewer quality teams...the Brooklyn Nets did the unthinkable...and outright silly...SILLY!...hired a bloke that just retired from playing...that has never coached prior, obviously...it was the hardest thing to do...put into words what you are used to doing physically...if he is successful, then chalk it up to unbelievable great assistant coaches...there are guys out there who have paid their dues and are ready to be "the guy"...Jason Kidd...ha ha..this is the biggest joke of all time...just wait until Coach Pop turns him inside and out...and a lot of other coaching guys will do the same...

The Pads swept the mighty Braves!...what?...the 3rd great start for the pitching staff...this time the unpredictable Volquez...who can look like a million bucks one time, and a fake 3 spot another...this time it was the former...striking out 9...very cool stuff...day off and then the DBacks hit town...we're just not that far off from 1st...what?...yup, I said that...remember a month or so ago, Crazy Horse called this team, perhaps, the worst team in baseball...my credibility is on the line...

Tonight game 4 of the NBA playoffs...the plot thickens...as the Heat haven't lost two straight forever...and the scene is there...here's the deal...if PG Tony Parker can't go, then Miami has a shot at continuing their streak...I have this notion that it is the Spurs night...and the series to be for them...just too many weapons...however...this will be a donnybrook...like a last second heroic one...oh how ABC would love a Heat win...

The Open...it looks like there is nasty weather in Philly...eegads, not the type that you want to have an iron out in the open with...so the blokes will be dodging the bolts and try to get something done out there...they just have to get by today...I think...don't bet on this...sorry Tiger...it is wide open...

Speaking of golf...the ladies were awesome yesterday and we ended at 6 under...really...and we were in the hunt for our type of team...couples...I didn't hear of any one close to us...Marsh came a couple of feet away from a hole in one...over water...and would have been KP, but it was for the fellers on that hole...
