Spring has sprung

Ah, the 1st day of spring...the weather has been beautiful...and what has happened over the night?

The Big Dance has started...the play in games, 'er the First Four they have been dubbed...with two very entertaining ones...NC A&T narrowly getting Liberty (?)...and the good one...St. Mary's dominating Middle Tenn St...dang they play great D...very fun to watch in this day in age...and the WAC people say yea!  "We're better than all the scribes have said..."

In conjunction with the start of the aforementioned, is the NIT...as the other teams play...you know the ones that didn't get in...the next level...in a different format...where the teams actually have home games...I like it...and...some surprises already...like Kentucky getting beat by James Madison...'er, somebody like that...Robert Morris...BYU beat the Dawgs...who are turrible...Louisiana Tech beat Florida St...interesting...

The Clips were up by 8 in the 4th at Sac...and lost by 15!...remember I told you the spread was 8, favoring the Kings...what?...what do they know?...Sac kept hitting 3's...weird and wacky I tell you...and now LA hosts the 76ers and are favored by 11 1/2...what?...never, ever, bet on the NBA...

The Nuggets go into OKC and whup 'em for their 13th straight...nobody is talking about it cuz of the Heat's streak...Miami at Cleve tonight...win number 24...says me...and PDX keeps blowing it and will not make the playoffs...

With the other T's around in D-1 hoops, the NIT, the CBI, and the Collegeinsider, you have to have had a miserable season not to play on...OSU...oops...

The Dominicans won the WBC over Puerto Rico...went undefeated...as they were def the best team in it...

Boise St or LaSalle?...good indicator how the Mountain West will fair the rest of the week...

Got a nagging cold...

And finally, Marsh lost her iphone on our walk yesterday...had all her info in it...how to contact her and all...some bad person found it...turned it off...so, the "find my iphone feature" wouldn't work...so...off we went to the Apple Store...and got her a new one...and due to the icloud feature, was able to get all of her stuff transferred to it...and also were able to erase everything on the stolen one...locked and all...very cool stuff...my hint to you is back up your phone often...the one prob...it was spendy to get...but...a must...so be it...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
