Weak...One

Oops, I meant week 1...of the NCAA football...and those who were tested...well, there were a bunch of blowouts...Oklahoma St racked up over 80...Ohio St had 58...there were others...and the Ducks led 50-3 in the middle of the 2ND QUARTER...and they rested their aces thereafter...and allowed Arkansas St to make the score seem respectable, 57-34...that entire 2nd half was soooo boring...the new QB?...Mariota?...hard to believe he's only 18...had a terrific start and definitely is the one...

The list of charges against the Trojans keeps getting longer and longer...but on the field, they looked like a million bucks versus hapless Hawaii...and SDSU what were you thinking?...down to the Dawg's 8 yard line...down 9 points...5 minutes left in the game...and you go for a TD in lieu of the FG on 4th down...it was a two possession score needed...booooo....Alabama steamrolled Michigan....the Tide is very tough...Cal losing to Nevada in Berkeley...do I sense a boot for Tedford this season?...the Irish beat Navy in Dublin...yup, over the pond...no chance for the Middies...

I absolutely lurve the atmosphere of the collegiate stuff...where the alums, the kids, the surrounding area, take pride in their school....wear your colors and flaunt it...had my O visor on at the course yesterday, and they all know my allegiance...there are a few others out there...one guy from Coquille...and I have bragging rights for a few days...

On a totally different topic...I have been fishing for a great CD to dominate our trip over in Maui...I made a best of the Stones one...dang they have had a bunch of great songs...you know, we travel around the island, top down, grooving to something...first time we went in to Lahaina, we were playing the Doors...never forget it...

Golf today on the tube...officially a veg one...Tiger and Rory...others?

The Duck game was awesome until halftime. Thats when we went back to the tailgate and left for home about 10:30. Great food drink and atmosphere. The ducks could have scored 70 in the first half. DAT is unbelievable. You hold your breath when he gets the ball because something great could happen.
Our first string is very very good. I am concerned about our backup linebackers.WE only ran about 10 differnt offensive plays this game and maybe only three running plays. I hope Fresno has more talent. The league has only two good teams right now.

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
