Da Bottom

It all came tumbling down...the Portland Trailblazers....the pride of the Pacific Northwest....actually, the last NBA team standing in the region...the Seattle Supersonics, GONE, the Vancouver Grizzlies, GONE...so here we have the last bastion of hoop strength...

But no, I mean NO!...this is an incredible mess of a franchise...repeated blunders in the draft, followed by the lack of administrative stability, the fiasco of the Rose Garden and all...nope, this is a perfect example of money not buying it all...

There is still no official GM...think back when the brass fired their GM on draft day, then had him still do the draft before he departed...what?...and yet, you, the fan...pay exorbitant prices for these seats...and they got the two blokes from the Nevada Wolf Pack...OMG!...I digress...

Yesterday...was the last day for trades...er, so they say...and the un-GM unloaded Gerald Wallace to the Nets...wait, I thought he was a strength of the team?...get this...for two guys who are injured and likely out for the season...and a number one draft pick...normally, this would be a good thing...IF THEY HAD A GM!...and then...they trade Marcus Camby (disgruntled) for two guys that have underperformed their entire NBA career...and it looks like this is a money thinger...and yet, can't move the most disgusting of all players on the team...the selfish, out of shape, back stabbing PG, Raymond Felton...no one wants him...and wait...they release the sad big guy, Greg Oden....their top pick who turned out to have bum legs...and never really got to play...WHAT?

So then...the Prez Larry Miller and the acting GM Chad Buchanan...do the unthinkable...put their little brains together...figure out the mess must be 'cuz of the coach...I mean, it couldn't be the brass that made a mistake...these are fine hoopsters that they assembled...it is who is guiding 'em...

After the initial shock, I posted on FACEBOOK, that PDX should keep going and fire the GM and Coach, too...I was being sarcastic...

And that's what they did...well, there is no GM...but...they decided to fire Nate McMillan...like he had a chance with this grotesque a system that was in place...too bad, Coach Nate, didn't walk before all this was going on...

It's time for all the Portland Trailblazer fans to stand up to the ownership of their team!  The team is in total disarray...and the culprit...is the administration...perhaps, even the owner...do not let this go on!....total sad day for the city and region...boooooooooooooooo

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
