Did I tell you about the Octoberfest we went to in La Mesa?  So different from the one in Mt. Angel...many more booths of stuff...but the beer garden a far cry from the Oregon one...we drove this time, but last year we took the trolley...the chicken dance...well...it's not quite Dancing With The Stars...is it...

Ran into the best vinyl record shop in Hillcrest yesterday...picked up a Johnny Mathis record that has him doing the oldies...absolutely awesome..."In the still of the night"...also a Smokey, 2 Beach Boys, Belinda Carlisle, and a Manhatten Transfer...and did you know that Taylor Swift's new production is on vinyl?
