Don't Jump

Wait, it's just not the end of the world...you're in a deep losing streak...it just takes a few hits here and there....getting a few more strikes and all...but the nature of sport...for everyone...when it goes south, you press...happens to me all the time when I golf...when I'm on, it seems so easy...when I'm not, it can be so frustrating...and that's what the mighty Pads are in...the bloody piranha of negativity...and it looks like all you Orygun haters are loving the moment...LA comes to town and the times are a changing...hopefully, the hole will look a lot bigger...
So let's get serious here...the Beavs are close...they played a tough team and in their yard...they came out healthy...the Dux are even better...I hear from the experts (Snook, for one), that the QB was not spot on...score 72 and what?  And James not on the field?  What?  The Aztecs are in a better place then they have been in 4 or 5 years...yea, it was a patsy, but in the past , they have lost...USD got beat by a team from the Pomona league, Azusa Pacific...ooooooooops...
Just 2 days left for Del Mar...gots to go on Wednesday...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
