Hey you Giant fans...the Pads went back into first...a 4 run ninth keyed the uprising...Native talk...and Heath Bell closed it up...and...SF loses it's second straight to the Brew Crew...at home...and it was Lincecum...BUT...the danged Rockies keep rolling along...makes for a crazy finish...I finally picked up playoff tix...the 2nd game...?!...Chris Young went yesterday, for the 1st time since...get this...the 2nd day of the season...hallelujah...shhhhhh...
My early season take on the collegiates:
SDS...hey, I told you, they are better...and are in a transitional phase...lost in the last minute to Missouri...take them points...
Oregon...for real...PSU, really?  But their big win at Tennessee, plus...
Alabama...the team to beat....scary good...
Ohio St....the Big Ten best...in the top 4 anywhere...
Boise St and Oregon St....whoever comes out of this next week is it...tag, you're it...
Texas...down...
Oklahoma...way down...barely beat Air Force...
Nebraska...way up...the best in the Big 12 or whatever...top 4 team...
Watch out for Stanford, Arizona, Cal...bogus record for USC, Michigan, Auburn...
Bolts...actually have a blackout here for the game against Jax...this is a zany town for it's football, and I'm real surprised about it...have you been following the Vincent Jackson dilemma?  If they trade him now, he can play 2 games early...what? 
Time for a new car...just kidding...finally got everything paid off...

Well, here is what I think! Alabama, Ohio State and Boise are for real. Arizona , Oregon , Nebraska are very good but too sonn really know. The other top 25are up and down from week to week. Some will get alot better and some won't. The Beavs have huge problems at LB. Not their year. Now watch them beat the ducks.

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
