For one and one half hours, the former lead singer of the
Supremes,
Dianna Ross....
dazzled and dazed the audience with non-stop hits...with her first set highlighting
her Motown years, the crowd was in a
frenzy...for all the concerts I've seen at Humphrey's, this was the most anticipated and
charged up from the very beginning...and she did not disappoint...
looking like she was in her twenties...I'm not kidding...it was a night of nights...such a diverse group of people in the audience...just,
WOW...

Padres have made a living off of
come from behind wins, AKA walk off wins...last night no difference...down 3-2 in the bottom of the 9th,
SD put together a rally led by the top of the order and hot hitting
Nick Hundley, on a sac fly to beat the northwest fav, the
Seattle Mariners...the
Gaslamp's own,
Joe Thatcher, picked up the win...and, back into
first place...
