Your Idol

I think in a very close vote, Idol crowned Lee Dewyze as it's 2010 champ...the runner -up Crystal Bowersox...overall, I liked the show...head and shoulders above all is Carrie Underwood...but, it was way cool to see most all of the previous winners back to honor the exit of Simon...not lost on the moment, was the lack of genuine love for the self-righteous ...oops, almost lost composure there...as I have said for some time now, neither one of the finalists do much for me...catchy the way they brought real stars to sing their stuff...Brothers Gibb, Christina A, Michael McDonald, Alice Cooper, Alanis Morisette, the apprentice winner, Joe Cocker...and what the heck was that mess Janet Jackson doing there?  I thought lyp-sinc was a thing of the past, and especially on this true singing show...
OMG, the Padres...another one run win...by the guy who won the previous game with a HR, Jerry Hairston, Jr...lost in the V, was another super pitching job by the staff...even though the closer HBell blew the save...best in the NL....but where are the fans?  Less than 20 thou for this one...c'mon SD, you have NO EXCUSES!
Lost somewhere on page six...the North Koreans escalated the old war with the South Koreans, by sinking one of their war ships by a sub's torpedo...clearly, one of the hot spots of the world...up in arms was the world, especially Japan...the United Nations needs to react promptly...isn't it about time that all countries stand up to tyranny...it can't just be the USA doing all the policing in the planet...
NBA...the Magic got game 5...makes that series interesting, I guess...now tonight, Los Suns goes to LA to steal their game 5...
Me?  Yup, back on the links this am....let's see, one OB, one in the water, one whiff...yes, that's a bogey, dude...

Probably the last time I watch Idol. Two years in a row the winner is substantially inferior to the runner up. Some of my old favs showed up. Two BG's sounded pretty bad and Chicago's lead singer was terrible as was Lee. Hall and Oats were ok but they have much better songs.Women, if you have a fat ass don't get on stage with tight reavealing outfits. Celt girls softball are quite a show.

Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
