So we watched "This Is It" last night...spectacular...what a talent that was lost...Michael Jackson could still do the amazing and he obviously was a victim of the drug overdose thing...tragic...fate
Did you watch your Survivor?  Evil Russell (the rat) did it again...this time to fan favorite Rupert ( my pick)...can he beat Parvati?...fickle 
The Padres go 3 1/2 up on the Giants!  Matt Latos threw a one hitter and complete game...and the winning RBI to boot...no resting on your laurels as they host the feared Dodgers starting tonight...we got tix for today and Sunday...fantastic
Do you ever catch the witches of New York?  OMG the show is all about the rich and wannabee famous , how truly ugly they are inside...they have all the $ in the world and they are the most hurtful people in the world...at least they pick on each other...fake
Actually it's more frivolous than freaky...
NBA playoffs...loooong and booooring....and the Cavs get ousted by the Celts as the scribes go craaaazy with the thought that LeBron James is bolting Cleve for NY....let's get serious here...they all get paid waaaaaay tooooo much $ for what they do....finished

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
