Remember Peavy?

There's this stud pitcher that's throwing for the White Sox...who just shut out the playoff bound (maybe) Detroit Tigers...this guy be Jake Peavy...this guy who was traded by the bargain basement wheeler dealer, Kevin Towers...who now is out of a job...as the Padres finally came to their senses and unloaded him...as the redirection of the San Diego squad goes on...which brings me to the Chargers who fly to the dangerous land of Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers...who just happen to be 6 1/2 favorites...which is the exact point spread of South Florida over Syracuse...who has as their QB the former PG of the mighty hoop team of Duke...who is a 16 1/2 point dog to Virginia Tech...but Virginia is a 13 point dog to North Carolina....and North Carolina St. is a 3 point dog to Wake Forest...and speaking of forests...the Dux host Washington St (+35)...and oh by the way, Washington is a 12 1/2 point dog to the hated Irish from Notre Dame...where the Colts are 10 point favorites over the Seahawks...which is exactly the point spread the Lions are to lose to the Bears...a city in mourning due to the lack of getting the Olympics...whew!
