So after 3 tequila poppers and a couple of rounds of margaritas at our favorite watering hole, Las Hadas, we listened to the owner tell us that Manny was there earlier in the night feasting on his pre-Padre meal of a steak...point is Manny Ramirez, even in his steroid ban shame, is a celebrity wherever he goes. In fact, the game tonight, is the 1st sell out of the year for the struggling SD team...

The Padres have resorted to mighty embarrassing performances of late and seem to be fodder for the Dodgers as they hit town...surviving a swarm of bees, but not the Astros, the Pads continue their inept ways...Kooz gets back in the lineup just in time to strike out 3 times and the one time he hits it, does so in to a double play...RELEASE HIM...this is a good game to avoid...

There is interest back in the PGA tour as Tiger is hosting and playing in the event in DC...AKim leads at 8 under, as Tiger lurks at 2 back...
