The Doctor Is In


I'm the here to cure the ills...
General Motors...the only out for the fledgling company is to put themselves up for bankruptcy...the fact is the company was so mismanaged that they got passed over by most all other car companies...that the others made more fuel efficient cars that became the demand of the people...the GM CEO had plenty of time to adjust and refused to do so...the brass then blames the worker's union amongst other things and refuses to build a better product...and now they pay the price and the US is worse off for it...my diagnosis is a rather simple one...borrow the idea that has made the Toyota so much in demand, get your hybrids out there and make some great cars...to compare this to coaching a football team, when there is a new and better system, everyone tries it out and improves on the system...get with it GM and do your country proud...
So why is it so hard to make the adjustments and move with it? The aforementioned Toyota jumped on the scene first with a cult loved Prius. A rig that was cute and had a whopping 48 mph to it's resume...the Honda then revamped their Insight and made it a 2 horse race...where was GM? Toyota then redid their Camry and made it a Hybrid...where was GM? Lexus followed closely and went high end with their Hybrids...where was GM? They limped out with a Malibu Hybrid that was too little and too late...
The GM ( and also Chrysler) company had time lines to adjust their direction to get help from the USA...time lines that GM did not make and they lost out on valuable moneys to help them get out from their hole...finally the GM CEO met the deadline...as of today the President announced that the company is working toward the product that you or I could buy...and the Country is going to lend them moneys to get their act together...$30 billion...
As the President said, "If they are well managed..." this will be what the company needs...to survive and prosper...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
