The Padres win their 7th straight behind Jake Peavy's flawless outing 4-0, this time against the Chicago Cubs...yes the same club that swept the Pads 2 weeks ago...timely hitting and the new guy, Tony Gwynn Jr., getting a 2b that helped the Pads score early...AGonzo hit a tater...Kooz struck out 3 times...just had to say it...

The timing of the announcement of the possible trade of Peavy irked more than just this blogger...the players were irate with the Towers deal...citing "the nature of the business" they fell back into a wonder of why...Kevin Towers is a piece of crap...and I mean worse...

Over in the MWC tourney it is down to the Utes and the Aztecs for the title this am...Strasburg is not starting and the outcome is in doubt...

There was a ranking out there about the world's best beaches and Coronado was ranked number 4...have to admit it is a beaut...
