Recall I did a blog on emotions?...probably the hardest to keep in check...is when YOU golf...or, perhaps, coach...almost anything...ha ha...it was no more evident, than yesterday at Ponte Verde, Florida...at the Players...the normal level headed pros, were acting just like YOU or ME!...it was the wind, kids...the wind...it does wonders for your golf ball...usually, not good wonders...and guys like Scottie Scheffler and Jordan Spieth...just LOSE it...some times, these great golfers get miked up...it's not pretty...even these cats talk like us hacks...

Anyhoo, leader after 3, was the player from San Diego St...JJ Spaun...who was as cool as one can be...BUT, this place has so much agua...no lead is safe and the stage is set for a wild finish...especially, as the thunder and lightning (this IS in Florida, all) is set to come on in...so, they are playing in 3 somes...and teeing off way early...BOOM!...BOOM!...Shakalaka...

Not sure who to give credit to...for sending a space ship up to the 2 stranded astronauts...but it has arrived...and NOW, get them back to the states, unharmed...please...

trump has authorized a strike on the Houthis...did he go thru Congress for this?...thought he had to...regardless, many are killed...guess that is what he wanted...must have happened on the turn...you know, while he was lunching on a Big Mac after hole #9...

Refs do a very hard job...they thrive at it...and most are dang good...but, some are not...and they continue on, anyway...these stripers last a whole lot longer than the coaches do...they should be fired, er or retired, just like the head coaches...are...and don't get me going on using 3, in lieu of 2...dos is basta...tres is tonta...this is hoops...

If the strike zone in beisbol can be double checked...then why not use it right now...ALL THE TIME!...

Under the radar...at least down here...UCSD...hardly gets any press...it's all about SDSU and USD...but, UCSD has gone 30-4 and won the Big West...and are IN the Big Dance...BTW, it is a HUGE school...over 34,000 undergrads....

So we finished watching 'The French Connection'...filmed in 1971...another Gene Hackman one...which he won the Oscar for...as did the film itself...as did the supporting actor, Roy Scheider....hmmm, remember him from 'Jaws?'...anyhoo, this WON?...sorry, but the ending was just plain goofy...much like the last 'Sopranos'...

Cosmo has called...he is ready...and we are heading east for a good spell...fingers crossed on the weather...so, my posting shall be spotty...don't leave me, check it...maybe I can do it every day...

By south, I mean they lose it...like 'gone'...throw clubs, whine, blame this and that, and use them 4 letter golf words...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country.... Tonight, we hear another exceptional orator...President Bill Clinton ...it's almost like taking a class in college...Speech 101...BTW, I was turrible at it...just in case you were wondering......

Fire, is really what I am referring to...the latest in ungodly posts by trump...where he is sending out hidden messages to his followers ...and this one, is the worst of all...TIME... he calls it the 'UNIFIED REICH'. .. you do know his passion for the way Hitler, overwhelmed the German people prior to the WWII...that he started...the Third Reich...some might say, that this was an oversight...nope, the way of trump, is NOT MISSING the SIGNS ...
